A pioneer in heart monitoring from 1981, the client grappled with challenges with the use of legacy technology due to which new business requirements could not be integrated. Also, due to the complex nature of the existing algorithms it was difficult to extend. Training and scalability of existing applications were also major challenges. Client wanted to extend their existing application, a windows based application used to analyze and generate reports for Holter patient records, and make it cloud ready and launch in SaaS model.
SOLUTION
The Reflections team worked with the client in an onshore – offshore model and attained full business knowledge. Reflections team was able to propose solution to migrate legacy application to new high-end technology applications. This ensured ease in implementing new business processes and ease in maintaining the applications. Aim of Epicardia Anywhere project is to deliver a SaaS model application which has got all the functionalities of existing Epicardia. The SaaS implementation is designed around MS Azure platform.

The new enhanced solutions helped improve business processes and increased accuracy in executing tasks. Applications were built to scale up and incorporate new enhancements andbusiness changes in a rapid fashion. By enabling enterprise applications to utilize mobile technology, the solution provided better support for business users.
