KSFE wanted to provide access to personalized financial products, services and experiences that will delight all their customers – from the traditional to the tech-savvy. They wanted an app that could cater not just to the customers but also employees and agents – an experience that could simplify an agent’s job, increase their earnings and free up time.
KSFE needed to enable digital services for its domestic business that scales to more than 500 branches and 33 lakh customers.
KSFE needed its web portal and a mobile app that enables its customers to view account details and make payments easily. KSFE needed to do eKYC of new customers by linking with Aadhar, License, and Personal Identification databases. There was a requirement to verify customer personal database by collecting and comparing data from their social channels.
Also security features like multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometric authentication, auto-detect SIM Card change, and device fingerprinting needed to be implemented.
Reflections has been entrusted to build and implement the mobile application and customer portal with the required features for KSFE customers.
The solution is designed to incorporate features for the future builds like eKYC through CKYC, PAN integration, and SPARK database, seamless document verification through document storage and versioning systems, Blockchaining Chit conduction, integrating payment gateways like PayTM, PhonePe, GooglePay, and other UPI Integrators, loyalty system for customers, end-to-end encryption, real-time user confirmation on trusted devices.
