Our customer wanted unprecedented levels of flexibility to bring their online banking experience to a whole new level to gain better performance and attract more customers. They also wanted to build a mobile application so that their customers could always be connected with the bank.
Making a huge and revolutionary shift, changing a structure with 500+ pages, that has been working for decades was the main challenge. They also wanted to streamline their testing process to avoid delays during release.
We created a simple and intuitive banking UI experience for both the web and mobile applications while maintaining the full-scale digital banking functionality. An improved overall site architecture and navigation enabled easier browsing and a more frictionless experience. We used tools like Persado Ai platform to change the content based on user emotions. This helped 40% revenue increase for Lending club.
The team created and A/B tested different versions of the responsive website/mobile app and its elements to continuously discover the best-performing versions that improve their conversions. A blog section was also created. We could completely automate the testing process.
The customer was in the midst of a major M&A and so we integrated the new entity’s functionalities into the website. We also built a mobile application for the member center and treasure API for 3rd party tools.
