The solution helped Novo cinemas to successfully replace the web and mobile interfaces of VISTA, the most used cinema management system in the world. First of its kind worldwide with integration of seat selection and payment gateway, we delivered the end-to-end system perform.
Release management has played a critical function in this project, and our DevOps team, took over the responsibilities for automated release management and continuous integration. Our approach on using Agile and continuous delivery pattern for release management helped with the continuous delivery of new features to stakeholders. This approach helped us to release the applications rapidly which has real strategic impact on the competitive advantage of the company.
