POSH (zero-tolerance to Sexual Harassment)

POSH is an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). This is a step towards strengthening our culture and to ensure zero tolerance against any mode of sexual harassment at our workplace. The ICC is formulated in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.

WE- Pride & Power (Network for Women)

Women's’ Empowerment network at Reflections. It is a forum for interchange of ideas and for pioneering initiatives to unleash the potential of women Reflectors and drive their growth. We have regular sessions wherein women leaders from industry, academia and other walks of life interact with and inspire women Reflectors.

Led by a woman CEO, Reflections has always placed high emphasis on Gender Diversity. At present, the gender diversity ratio (Male to Female%) is 60:40, which compares favourably with industry benchmarks.

Fun @work

Laurels

Laurels is the employee engagement initiative of Reflections. Led by young, vibrant Reflectors, Laurels handle Fun@Work events, festival events and special interest groups like Travel, Photography, Cooking, Reading clubs. Laurels is structured into four teams that work with and compete against each other in intra-company competitions.
