A joint session organized by Reflections and ICTAK was held at Marian Engineering College titled ‘Outsmart the ATS using Digital footprint’. The session covered topics such as emerging trends in the job application process, how jobseekers can make their resume ATS compatible, awareness of free tech tools, relevance of a professional digital presence and more. The intent was to equip jobseekers to get shortlisted while applying for a job at a corporate. Jithin Chakkalakkal, HR Manager at Reflections, conducted the session.
