  • MLFlow played a crucial role in monitoring the performance of diverse models and their corresponding metadata. This capability enabled seamless sharing of the optimal model and its specifics among developers, eliminating redundant efforts. 
  • The Databricks Feature Store served as a centralized repository for storing features, guaranteeing uniformity in data usage across the team for model development. Databricks’ distributed processing capabilities also played a significant role. 
  • Training a complex classification model on a large dataset is computationally expensive. By leveraging Databricks clusters, we were able to parallelize the workload and significantly reduce the training time. This agility allowed us to iterate quickly on model development and experiment with different models and approaches identified by AutoML.
