Job Description
- Design and build solutions using API Management platform
- Define integration architecture, standards, frameworks and methodology
- Work with customer to define their strategies and solution requirements
- Work with the team to design and develop the integrationt solution using the chosen platforms
- Provide leadership and guidance to infrastructure team to setup the environments
- Provide best practices, standards and guidelines to be used by the team
Certifications :
- IBM Integration Architect
- IBM API Connect Solution Implementation
Primary Skills :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry
- Minimum 6 years of experience as API or Integration architect role
- Minimum 4 projects with experience in API or Integration architect role
- Minimum 3 projects with experience in IBM API Connect, App Connect and DataPower implementations
- Good expertise in API Management platforms like IBM API Connect/Apigee/Kong/AWS API Gateway/Azure APIM
- Good expertise in API Management concepts and implementing enterprise level API Management solutions
- Hands-on experience on all the aspects of API Management solutions like design, development, installation, configuration and administration
- Good expertise in API Connect, App Connect and DataPower development
- Must have experience in OAuth2.0, SAML, JWT and SSO
- Must have development knowledge in REST and SOAP based APIs.
- Good expertise in Kubernetes and microservices architectures
- Good understanding of API Management design patterns
- Good understanding of infrastructure, security, performance, scalability, reliability and availability
- Monitoring, Logging and troubleshooting skills
Secondary Skills :
- Experience with infrastructure services like LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
