Senior Analyst -Finance

Introduction
We are looking for 3+years experienced candidates for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysis of monthly P&L for the organisation and creating value added corporate reports
- Work together with the Finance leadership and account stakeholders to provide analytical support of the budgeting/forecast process, delivering well supported and documented financial plans as well as to help them understand their financial drivers, and deliver accurate, insightful and timely analysis of financial results compared against forecasts and budget
- Meet the time lines for completion fo projects / plans
- Continuous contribution towards process improvement and managing special requests and collaborating on in-house projects
- Any adhoc responsibilities assigned
Certifications :
- MBA Finance, CA (Qualified / Semi Qualified) / CMA, CPA, ACCA, CMA (US)
Primary Skills :
- Prior experience in corporate reporting in IT services industry or similar
- Strong understanding of accounting processes
- Good finance and business accumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to quickly learn the organization policies and processes
- Analytic frame of mind
- Ability to understand client needs and present solution
- Ability to work in complex cross functional environment
- Excellent time management and multi tasking abilities with an ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Powerpoint
