Job Description
- Project Management experience of 5-6 years in development projects
- Should have managed projects working as a PM on the client side
- Should be able to handle projects with a matrix based structure, multi vendor, multi geo teams
- Relevant Project Management experience of 3-5 years in the Mobile and web application development industry
- Must have hands on experience and technical knowledge related to software development in both Web and Mobile apps (MANDATORY)
- Should have successfully managed multiple & high-visibility technology projects
- Experience with agile development technologies like SCRUM
- Must be process oriented with excellent knowledge in building and managing teams operating and developing delivery execution and management frameworks
- Excellent technical management skill & problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent people management and team building skills
- Very strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well versed with Agile/Scrum software development life cycles and processes
- Well versed with project and program management (initiation, monitoring, stakeholders management, quality, commercial management, risk management).
- Excellent in presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills.
- Maintain the right balance between assertiveness and being professional about it.
Good To Have: - Strong multitasking skills with capability to work in a tight schedule & adapt to rapidly changing environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
