Anoop Prasad, Head, QA, Reflections, was one of the key speakers at the QA Touch Global Testers Summit 2024, held at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, on May 22, 2024. Anoop spoke about how QA has evolved with the changing complexities of software products and how digital channels leapfrogged in the current decade.

While scripted automation tools give hive flexibility and control, low code tools have empowered functional testers also to be part of the bandwagon.
