Reflections received the Best Employer for Women in the Small (under 500 employees) category at the 5th Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards & Conclave organized by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) on September 25, 2024, in New Delhi. 

Usha Chirayil, Head of People and Culture, and Parvathy Sasidhar, WE Forum leader, accepted the award on behalf of Reflections from Delina Khongdup, Member, National Commission for Women, at the conclave held on the theme ‘Empowering the Future: Advancing Diversity & Inclusion for Sustainable Growth.’

Over 100 companies participated in various categories of awards to recognize best practices for encouraging greater participation of diverse talent at the workplace. The Jury included leaders of ASSOCHAM, including Srimathi Shivashankar, Corporate VP, HCL Technologies, Gurpreet Arora, UBS Business Solutions, and Ravi Bhatnagar, Director External Affairs & Partnerships, South Asia Reckitt.
