Reflections is a great workplace for women and has surpassed industry standards in various parameters, according to 2024 Voice of Women Study India by Aon, a leading global professional services firm. As per the survey results, working mothers find our workplace conducive and we score better when it comes to career progression, work-life balance, flexi work options, mentorship and sponsorship, training and development programs, inclusive organizational culture, and support from managers.

Female leaders hugely inspire and impact women reflectors by making our women employees feel more confident, they are seen as role models and mentors, make a positive impact on culture, and encourage diversity and inclusion. Women employees rate Reflections high when it comes to sensitive behavior and no bias, with zero instances of sexual harassment at workplace. They also appreciate the sensitivity with which their careers are handled during maternity transitions, says the study.

Aon’s Voice of Women Study 2024 is the first and largest survey of its kind in India, gathering input from nearly 24,000 professional women from over 560 companies, to identify their most pressing workplace challenges and the reality of an inclusive workplace.
