The Case

The client was looking for the best way to leverage the widespread user base among cinema visitors to showcase their programs, and to make seat booking seamless, easy and simple through a website and mobile application

Solution

With careful planning, domain knowledge, clear understanding of the business requirements, expertise in technology, we performed the end-to-end engineering for building web and mobile solution for the customer. The solution helped Novo cinemas to successfully replace the web and mobile interfaces of VISTA, the most used cinema management system in the world. First of its kind worldwide with integration of seat selection and payment gateway, we delivered the end-to-end system perform.

Release management has played a critical function in this project, and our DevOps team, took over the responsibilities for automated release management and continuous integration. Our approach on using Agile and continuous delivery pattern for release management helped with the continuous delivery of new features to stakeholders. This approach helped us to release the applications rapidly which has real strategic impact on the competitive advantage of the company.
