Roadmap for Middle East’s leading natural gas extraction and processing facility to improve organizational efficiency and employee productivity
The Case
The primary objective of our client is to process the large quantities of associated gas extracted from the country’s oil fields into marketable products, supply residue gas for local industrial use and to provide employment and training opportunities to Bahraini nationals. High organizational efficiency and employee productivity are key to meeting the above goals, and hence they wanted an eligible vendor to review their IT systems pertaining to enterprise management with respect to their stated needs, perform a gap analysis, and advise them on how to move ahead to meet their needs.

Our team studied the existing IT systems of the client, performed a gap analysis between the capabilities of current IT systems and their statement of needs and provided an approach for meeting their needs. We conducted 8 weeks of discussions with representatives from 20 departments and analyzed 19 applications. The following reports were presented.

· Gap Analysis Report

Mapping of all stated needs to the application(s) that meet the requirements

· Remediation Recommendations

For the list of stated needs that are not addressed in the applications today, provide a recommendation of how that can be met.
