The client requirement was to facilitate and digitize their business needs by providing mobile and web applications for various users including warehouse owners and customers. 1. Solution

Defining the scope of the overall project was a challenge as the requirement elaboration with respect to the business model started along with the project initiation. With a dedicated and experienced BA team we could expand the back logs and user stories for each release milestones.

MEAN stack was used for the first time, but our team could easily grasp the out and out of the technology through training and self-learning . We were also able to create a project framework in MEAN stack that can be used in future projects.
