Meal scheduling platform for a startup

We built a platform that allows parents to choose from a variety of nutritious meal options, pre-order for a particular order or schedule for a week or month or longer all together, pay online, and also keep track of the nutritional benefits their children are getting from the benefits. They are even awarded badges and stickers for the nutritious options they choose for their wards. The platform converts the negative feelings of guilt and stress of parents into positive feelings like happiness, satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. The most important part of platform building hence was User Experience, where not just logical needs had to be dealt with, but converting negative emotions to positive emotions was essential. The platform was also built for scale as the client has the objective of spreading this business to more geographies.

E-commerce is enabled on the website ensuring that parents/guardians can order delicious, nutritional meals for their children in just a few clicks.The website was designed and built with a custom content management system in mind, to aid easy site and user administration along with simplified page creation and updating, and collection of statistical data for reporting.

A bot has been developed for this platform that will check the mailbox for subsequent week’s menu and will automatically update the menu and schedule for the days of the week.
